BRADENTON, FL – A lavish waterfront estate situated on a peninsula along the Manatee River in Bradenton is hitting the auction block this week, with the starting bid slated to be an impressive $2 million. 

Located at 5904 Riverview Lane on a 0.92-acre plot of land in the Bradley Shores neighborhood, the owners of the residence had previously attempted to sell the home outright on the open market, listing it for $5.19 million. However, after it failed to attract any buyers, the decision was made to instead list it with Interluxe Auctions, who began accepting bids on the property as of 9 a.m. on March 20 on their website, Interluxe.com

The home offers 272 degrees of panoramic views and is located at the end of a private lane off Riverview Boulevard and McNeil Point.

The auction is being handled by Sarasota broker Derek Billib of Billib & Billib PA, who stated in a release regarding the auction that the residence would especially appeal to individuals who are looking for a sense of privacy and tranquility, The properties relative isolation and idyllic surroundings. 

 “This is a one-of-a-kind property,” Billib said. “Surrounded by water, it’s like your own private island.”
